Zlatan Mulabegovic is Country Manager for the Algebra Educational Center in Bosnia and Herzegovina,the largest training center for education in BiH, where he is responsible for the set-up of educational centers in BiH and creating education programs and e-learning seminars. He has served as local expert and project manager in several UNDP and EU programmes in BiH and as consultant to the council of Ministers. Having studied Computer Science in Zagreb, he gained international work experience in Switzerland and Croatia. Besides being President of BAIT- the Association for information technologies in Bosnia and Herzegovina he is also President of the international rotary club "Alpe Adria".

Joan Font has been professionally involved in the world of radio-broadcasting since 1971 when he entered Sud Radio. Successively being Technician, Producer of the News Service and Journalist until 1982. In 1982 he became chief of the photographic laboratory, and manager of the Publicity department at the news magazine “Andorra 7” until 1985. With the creation of the National Sound Archive in 1985, he enters the Andorran Government Administration, being nowadays the chief of the Audiovisuals and Communications department. Since 2005 he is a member of the international experts panel in e-Content and e-Technologies of the WSA international organization.
Besides his professional activities, Joan Font has exerted several political responsibilities:

Bagrat Yengibaryan – MBA from American University of Armenia, Department of Business Administration, in 1997 and Ph.D. in Mathematics, Armenian National Academy of Sciences, 1997. He is the Director of the Enterprise Incubator Foundation since 2002 managing and coordinating the EIF activities on business development, marketing and promotion, management, accounting and finance, start-up creation, helping companies to improve professional and business skills, creation of learning partnerships within the industry and the universities. In 1998-2002 worked as the Executive Director of Foreign Financing Projects Management Center (FFPMC) of Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia and administered implementation of numerous donor programs, including World Bank’s Enterprise Development Project, Private Sector Development Project; Structural Adjustment Technical Assistance Projects, and Lincy Foundation’s SME Development Program and other projects totaling 100 million dollars.
In 1995 – 1998 worked as Chief Program Officer at Foreign Aid Coordination Center (FACC), Ministry of Economy of Armenia. In 1994 – 1995 was the Third Secretary of Armenian National Commission for UNESCO, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. Currently he is the Chairman of “Investment and Business Opportunities” working group under the IT Development Support Council established by the Armenian Government, Board member of the first Armenian venture capital foundation “Venture Management Advisors”, Chairman of the Board of “IT Center” Science and Education Foundation, Chairman of the Board of “Sourcio” IT start-up, Chairman of the Board of the “AIT” IT start-up. He has 7 articles in local and international journals.
Philippe Bonnet, an advertising and marketing specialist, has a wide experience in Digital (Websites, SEO, Content creation, Mobile marketing, behavioural targeting), DM, Database Marketing and CRM, Promotions, Call centre, media partnerships and more. Before coming to France as CEO of Wunderman Paris he was CEE Regional Managing Director responsible responsible for the Wunderman Russian, Polish, Czech and Hungarian agencies. Before joining Wunderman, he was European Account Managing Director for Young & Rubicam Europe and Managing Director for POwer Brands in Paris. Philippe holds an architecture degree and a master of arts in communication and marketing.

Christian Rupp was appointed as the Federal Executive Secretary for the eGovernment initiative of the Austrian Government in spring 2003 and is since autumn 2005 the Spokesperson of the Federal Platform „Digital Austria“ in the Austrian Federal Chancellery, which coordinates the ICT and eGovernment activities between local and national governments, municipalities as well as industries. He is also member of the Advisory Board for Information Society in the Austrian Federal Chancellery, which coordinates the i2010 activities in Austria, as well as in the Advisery Board of saferinternet.at and in the Strategic Consulting Group ICT in the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour.
Before his activities in the Austrian Federal Chancellery he was nearly ten years long the eBusiness representative of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. Beyond that he was Vice-Director Communication and Marketing, Director of the eCenter, Adviser for International Technology- and Know-How-Transfer in the Austrian Federal Chamber Organisation.

ICT Business Council of Georgia
George Shubitidze is member of the Georgian eGovernance Development Governmental Commission and CIO of the Free University Tbilisi. Before that, he was working as Executive Director at the Ministry of Education and Science Deer Leap Foundation and CIO of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He obtained diplomas in Finances and Banking as well as Project Management. Since 2008 he is President of the ICT BUsiness Council of Georgia.
Jakub has been involved in various innovation/R&D projects as well as educational and consulting endeavours for the public and private sectors and a number of NGOs, both domestically and in various international set-ups. He currently consults to fast growing media, software and telecommunication companies under www.disruptive-concepts.com and www.exeq.eu. Jakub fosters idea sharing processes and enables creative sparring within client companies thus helps them build a solid, rational base for future endeavours: from sketchy intuitions to fully-fledged project concepts. Jakub is a graduate of University of Lodz and Université de Rouen in economics and international commerce and a PhD (2009) in information science at the University of Warsaw, (Institute of Information Science and Book Studies). He is also the project manager for BRAMA Innovation Camp, an academic start-up programme of the Warsaw University of Technology.

Andrejs has studied computer design and has a long practise in computer graphics and printing, good 3D and 2D animation knowledge of video promotion formation and extensive experience in teaching design, animation and direction. He has worked in several agencies and participated in exhibitions.
